Salmon pour une résidence d’artiste d’une durée de trois ans.\nLa photographe\, dont l’œuvre a déjà témoigné de nombreuses transformations dans la ville de Lyon\, a carte blanche pour suivre le chantier de requalification du silo\, depuis sa phase préparatoire jusqu’au déménagement des 3 millions de documents qu’il contient. \nL’exposition Le Silo : totem et racine constitue un point d’étape de cette résidence\, et présente une vision évolutive et dynamique de ce chantier\, mais aussi des publics. contemporaine.\nL’édition 2019 du festival\, intitulée « Un monde hors de ses gonds : quelles représentations ? »\, questionne les potentialités de la photographie pour se réinventer et continuer de se faire le témoin d’un monde en mouvement permanent.\nFace à l’état d’urgence qui décrit notre quotidien\, quels dispositifs\, visuels et conceptuels sont proposés par les artistes aujourd’hui ? Que peut encore une image parmi toutes celles déjà en circulation ? L’image documentaire est-elle suffisante ? \nTrois auteurs sont invités à échanger autour de ces enjeux :\nClaudine Doury aborde dans son travail les notions de mémoire\, de transition et de passage\, notamment à travers l’adolescence et le voyage. Cette quête l’a menée en Russie\, Ukraine\, Ouzbékistan\, Kirghizstan\, dans une approche à la fois artistique et documentaire. \nMonique Deregibus élabore quant à elle un ensemble photographique consacré à des territoires spécifiques\, manifestant toujours un fort intérêt pour les réminiscences inconscientes contenues dans le plan ainsi que pour les notions d’architecture et de territoire urbain. \nEnfin\, Gilles Verneret\, est photographe et directeur artistique de la galerie Le Bleu du Ciel.
