l’Association de développement et de recherche sur les artothèques (ADRA) et la Cité internationale de la bande dessinée et de l’image\, a lancé en 2020 un appel à candidatures pour une commande nationale d’estampes. Cette commande s’inscrivait dans le cadre de « BD 2020\, l’année de la bande dessinée. » Le projet vise à souligner les liens qu’entretient la bande dessinée avec les arts visuels dans la création contemporaine. L’exposition dévoile ainsi douze créations originales d’auteurs de bande dessinée et d’artistes. Les artistes retenus pour cette commande sont Stéphane Blanquet\, Clément Charbonnier Bouet\, Jérôme Dubois\, Philippe Dupuy\, Camille Lavaud\, Loulou Picasso\, Gabrielle Manglou\, Amandine Meyer\, Lisa Mouchet\, Saehan Parc\, Pierre La Police et Sammy Stein.
