SUMMARY:Exposition potographique\, Malekeh Nayiny
DESCRIPTION:L’artothèque de Vitré Communauté présente le travail photographique de l’artiste Iranienne Malekeh Nayiny.\nVisible en vitrophanie sur la façade du Quai des Arts\, cette exposition investit un espace extérieur accessible à\ntoutes et tous. Elle permet ainsi de toucher un public qui ne fréquente pas forcément les lieux d’exposition\, tout\nen maintenant le lien avec les habitants durant la fermeture du Quai des Arts pour travaux (du 1er octobre au 5\njanvier). \nLieu : œuvres visibles en extérieur\, sur le bâtiment du Quai des Arts\, 1 rue du Bourg-aux-Moines\, 35500 Vitré\nPar le biais de costumes insolites (motifs d’organes humains\, sous-vêtements ou poulets) elle suggère que ces démons\nprennent racine dans nos gènes\, nos cultures et nos habitudes. L’accumulation d’objets de la vie moderne entraîne la\nperte de repères\, et c’est alors que la mythologie intervient : pour Malekeh Nayiny\, les récits et figures mythologiques\,\nnotamment issus de la culture persane\, nourrissent l’esprit et offrent des points d’ancrage face à l’irrationnel. \nPrésentation de la série :\nDans la série Traveling Demons (2007)\, Malekeh Nayiny propose une réflexion intime et spirituelle : notre perception des\nautres est souvent faussée\, car elle repose sur des jugements et des projections. Pour elle\, accepter les facettes obscures\ndes autres revient aussi à accepter les siennes\, en apprenant à « polir son miroir intérieur ». Ses démons\, incarnés par des\nmasques en papier mâché rose ou noir\, d’abord effrayants\, se révèlent en réalité bienveillants\, presque familiers.\nExplorer ses propres limites\, traverser ses zones d’ombre\, permet de transformer ces démons en entités libératrices.
