Croisant leurs pratiques depuis 2012\, les artistes fondent Le Tiers Visible en 2017 avec l’intention d’articuler leurs recherches visuelles et sonores à partir de la rue et des rencontres effectuées à Mexico\, Paris\, Marseille ou Rome. intégre sa production plastique. Artiste\, athlète\, lithographe et entraîneur\, ces diverses pratiques s’entremêlent et se nourrissent mutuellement. \nPar son vocabulaire associé\, sa gestuelle et ses sensations\, le sport devient à la fois le sujet et le moteur de ma production artistique. \nPar ailleurs les processus créatifs se transforment en outils et conseils pour la programmation sportive. Il élabore avec les athlètes des modes de représentation mentale et gestuelle en vue d’améliorer la performance. Des façons de faire qui sont souvent très proches de certaines pratiques artistiques. De cette fusion émergent parfois des êtres singuliers\, qu’il nomme « artlètes » et « sportistes ». Son travail représente des corps en mouvement\, souvent déformés\, des êtres hybrides. Sa production artistique\, qu’elle prenne la forme d’œuvres uniques ou multiples\, se décline à travers divers médiums tels que dessins\, lithographies\, installations et projets numériques. Pour cette exposition\, il élabore un accrochage qui établit des liens entre ses images et des œuvres issues de la collection artdelivery\, comprenant paysages évocateurs\, natures mortes et POUVREAU\, Super TERRAIN et Agnès THURNAUER. \nL’artothèque de Poitiers présente l’exposition Les temps changent… du 25 avril au 31 août. Cette exposition invite le public à découvrir les œuvres de onze lauréats de la commande nationale d’estampes et témoigne de la singularité de la création contemporaine. \nInitiée en 2023 par le Cnap en partenariat avec l’Adra\, avec le soutien du ministère de la Culture\, la commande Les temps changent… encourage les artistes auteurs des arts visuels à s’emparer de cette proposition sous forme de mantra ou d’injonction relative pour en donner une interprétation visuelle originale. \nLes artistes retenus y répondent en affirmant leur appartenance à l’imaginaire et aux codes de la peinture\, de la photographie ou encore de l’image graphique et en développant des recherches expérimentales. \nComme les précédentes commandes dans le domaine de l’estampe et du multiple\, Quotidien (2018) et Emanata (2021)\, Les temps changent… favorisent des rencontres et des échanges entre artistes et artisans d’art\, reflétant des esthétiques contemporaines qui traduisent une diversité de regards et d’interprétations du visible. \nTirés à 54 exemplaires\, les 12 estampes de la commande constituent un corpus de six cent quarante-huit œuvres réalisées selon différentes techniques d’impression – sérigraphie\, héliogravure\, pochoir\, impression à l’encre thermosensible\, risographie… – par treize ateliers garants de savoir-faire traditionnels qui sont aussi des lieux d’innovation\, répartis sur tout le territoire. \nConservées au sein de la collection du Cnap et de celles des 35 artothèques membres de l’Adra\, ces œuvres contribuent à enrichir un patrimoine vivant. Destinés par essence à être diffusés largement\, ces multiples sont mis à la disposition à la fois des administrations\, des institutions culturelles\, mais aussi des publics\, emprunteurs des artothèques.
